This artifact is a blog entry discussing the role of assistive technology in the classroom. By keeping up with new research on technology, I model lifelong learning and technology integration. The blog entry shows that I can evaluate and reflect upon advances in technology and how to incorporate it into my classroom to support student learning, which contributes to the "vitality" of the teaching profession by keeping up with the changing times. The blog is available on the web, which is a global learning community that gives readers a chance to participate in the discussion of technology in the classroom.
